Hello, World

I've tried a few different formats for a personal site over the years — a traditional portfolio, a blog, nothing at all. None of them stuck.

The format that always felt most honest to me is a changelog. It's reverse-chronological, low-pressure, and honest about the fact that things change over time. You don't need to curate a polished "about me" or maintain a backlog of posts. You just ship an entry when something is worth noting.

So that's what this is. Projects I'm working on, things I'm thinking about, and the occasional update. No particular cadence.
